Job Description
The Inside Sales - HVAC role involves managing direct-to-consumer leads and inquiries related to renewable energy products, providing customer support, promoting products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound ecommerce customer inquiries and support tickets promptly and effectively.
- Guide and support the sales process through multiple touchpoints to complete energy product sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level objectives.
- Engage with customers to upsell products and promote referral programs.
- Collaborate on the development and improvement of customer workflows, self-service options, and internal processes.
- Track and analyze customer journey data to identify friction points and support continuous process enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Experience in sales and customer service roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with G Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or energy industry is preferred.
- HVAC sales experience is preferred.
- Product knowledge related to energy or HVAC products is preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
