Job Description
The Vice President of Investor Relations at Palmetto is responsible for managing all investor communication, developing the company's investor narrative, and building relationships with investors and market analysts to support capital raising and strategic growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all investor communication and reporting for equity and debt investors
- Develop and own Palmetto's investor strategy and narrative
- Prepare investor and capital raise materials such as pitch decks and presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and external market participants
- Represent the company at investor conferences and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate investor messaging
- Support capital raises, financing events, and major corporate milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA or similar is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or related field
- Demonstrated experience owning investor-facing messaging and senior-level communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
