Job Description
The Supply Chain Program Planning Analyst is responsible for managing the onboarding, demand forecasting, vendor compliance, and reporting for Palmetto's Safe Harbor equipment program, supporting scalable growth and strong partner relationships within the clean energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EPC partner onboarding, including workflow, documentation, and program access.
- Collect, review, and validate rolling equipment forecasts from EPCs and aggregate them into OEM-level projections.
- Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and ensure compliance with domestic content and FEOC requirements.
- Develop and maintain program reporting and analytics on forecast accuracy, program participation, and compliance status.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure supply chain documentation and compliance are up-to-date and audit-ready.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, program operations, or partner vendor management in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and multi-source data aggregation, with experience in building forecasting models and synthesizing data into OEM-level projections.
- Experience maintaining approved vendor or component lists, bill-of-materials documentation, or country-of-origin compliance records.
- Familiarity with ITC safe harbor rules, including the Physical Work Test, Domestic Content bonus credit requirements, or FEOC material assistance thresholds.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure AVL and DC FEOC compliance documentation meet audit-ready standards at all times.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with EPC partners, OEM counterparts, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment, with availability to work U.S. Pacific Mountain business hours or significant overlap.
