Job Description
The Revenue Operations Specialist, Comfort is responsible for onboarding and activating HVAC and home electrification partners, ensuring they are well-trained and prepared to engage customers effectively, and supporting their transition to ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule initial training sessions for HVAC, Heat Pump, and Home Electrification partners.
- Develop educational and sales materials to clearly communicate Palmetto's product offerings.
- Deploy program overviews and documentation to partners before training to ensure preparedness.
- Prepare partners with tools, training, and confidence to engage and sell to customers immediately after onboarding.
- Track non-activated accounts and implement re-engagement strategies to prevent stalling.
- Hand off activated and transacting partners to Customer Account Managers for ongoing relationship management and growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or partner activation.
- Experience in the HVAC Heat Pump and Home Electrification industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Superior communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to present complex financial or technical platforms clearly to enterprise-level clients and partners.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
