Job Description
The Relationship Specialist manages support and transaction processes for Palmetto's financial products, providing direct assistance to EPC partners, building relationships, and collaborating with regional teams to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and process financial product transactions for EPC partners via email, chat, and portal management
- Manage queues within the financial portal to ensure smooth transactions and resolve blockers
- Provide coaching and training to EPC sales representatives on transaction processes
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to understand partner needs and build relationships
- Gather and communicate insights from partner interactions to leadership for product and process improvements
- Assist in implementing regional strategies to enhance EPC engagement and pipeline development
Requirements
- Three years of experience in a Product Operations, Customer Service, or Account Management Support role preferred
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills that improve collaboration and drive mutual success
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly
- Strong problem solving abilities, with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and develop creative solutions to challenges
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Intercom, chat support systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
