Job Description
The Major Accounts Manager, HVAC Heat Pump and Home Electrification, is responsible for developing and managing strategic growth channels and partnerships within the residential HVAC and home electrification sectors, focusing on expanding market presence and delivering innovative energy solutions to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic growth channels with major residential accounts, including builders, developers, and OEMs.
- Create tailored solutions and growth strategies to meet account requirements and ensure repeatable sales processes.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of tools and resources.
- Gather field feedback to inform platform enhancements and partner enablement efforts.
- Serve as the primary contact for major account inquiries, ensuring timely communication and partner satisfaction.
- Stay informed on HVAC technologies and market trends to develop strategic growth plans.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations to identify new growth opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and relationships.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of strategic account experience in the HVAC Segment.
- Demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset, and flexible approach to problem solving.
- Experience developing strategic GTM plans, and engagement and influence of senior stakeholders.
- Extensive network across the HVAC ecosystem.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally and nationally.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
