Job Description
The Channel Account Manager, HVAC Heat Pump and Home Electrification, is responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting contractor partners to adopt and scale Palmetto's LightReach Finance program, focusing on in-home sales enablement and partner relationship management in the residential home services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new contractor partners aligned with business objectives
- Train sales teams on positioning, presenting, and closing the LightReach program in-home
- Support sales teams through ride-alongs, objection handling, and pitch coaching
- Monitor partner activity, adoption rates, and engagement metrics to address friction points
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve tools, resources, and support processes for partners
- Gather field feedback to inform platform improvements and enablement content
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractor partners to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in residential in-home sales in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, roofing, or similar fields.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a partner-facing or field enablement role such as Sales Trainer, Territory Manager, Manufacturer Rep, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach salespeople in person and virtually.
- Experience working with or for contractor businesses in the home services industry.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally and nationally.
- HVAC experience is required.
