Job Description
The Technical Solar Expert provides customer service and technical troubleshooting support for solar energy systems, ensuring a positive experience for homeowners and promoting solar energy adoption, with bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support for solar energy systems
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service to current homeowners
- Support both English and Spanish-speaking customers
Requirements
- Ability to handle both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support responsibilities related to solar energy systems.
- Experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting to provide peace of mind to current homeowners.
- Ability to work with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of solar energy systems, performance assurance, or related energy storage industries.
- Experience working in a support role within the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer support.
- Willingness to promote solar energy as a mainstream choice and support customer education efforts.
