Job Description
The Technical Solar Expert provides customer service and technical troubleshooting support for solar energy systems, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting solar energy adoption in the US and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support for solar energy systems
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service to current homeowners and solar investors
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking customers
Requirements
