Job Description
The Solar Performance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity and optimal performance of residential solar installations through testing and operational support, contributing to the company's mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Performance Verification Tests to ensure installation integrity of residential solar assets
- Provide operational support and onboarding for residential solar systems
- Become subject matter expert within the Solar Performance team to maintain system performance standards
Requirements
- Experience with residential solar assets and performance verification testing to ensure the integrity of installations.
- Ability to become a subject matter expert within the role and possess a variety of relevant skill sets related to solar performance.
- Strong understanding of solar performance metrics, testing procedures, and verification processes.
- Ability to provide operational support and onboarding for residential solar assets, indicating experience in customer or client support related to solar energy systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the performance assurance industry for distributed solar and energy storage industries.
