Job Description
The Solar Performance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity and optimal performance of residential solar installations through testing and operational support, contributing to the company's mission of performance assurance in the solar energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Performance Verification Tests to ensure installation integrity of residential solar assets
- Provide operational support and onboarding for residential solar systems
- Become a subject matter expert on solar performance and installation standards
Requirements
- Experience in ensuring the integrity of solar installations through Performance Verification Tests or similar procedures.
- Ability to provide upfront onboarding and sustained operational support for residential solar assets.
- Subject matter expertise within the role related to solar performance verification or similar technical areas.
- Strong understanding of residential solar systems and their operational performance.
- Ability to work in a team environment within the Operational Success Team and collaborate effectively with other team members.
