Job Description
A Senior UX Designer at Omnidian will lead the design of data-rich, intuitive interfaces to enhance user experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop scalable design systems to support the company's renewable energy mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of data-rich interfaces to enhance clarity and insight for clients, customers, and internal users
- Create scalable, cohesive design systems using AI-enhanced workflows to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate closely with Software Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product design
- Mentor and guide junior designers to develop their skills and ensure design quality
Requirements
- Experience in designing data-rich interfaces that bring clarity and insight to users.
- Ability to turn complex data and systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
- Proficiency in using AI-enhanced design workflows to create scalable and cohesive design systems.
- Experience in ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across multiple platforms.
- Ability to lead the design of user interfaces that empower users and accelerate the renewable energy mission.
- Experience collaborating closely with Software Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product design.
- Experience mentoring junior designers to develop their skills and understanding of UX design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX design.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
