Job Description

Requirements

- Ability to create innovative user experiences (UX) that enhance team efficiency and productivity through software product enhancements.
- Experience in identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to support and support engineering teams equitably across all business facets, resolving recurring challenges and fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, particularly in energy Operations and Maintenance, to drive efficiency with innovative solutions.
- Ability to influence operational agility and efficiency through engineering contributions that support the company's mission to revolutionize the energy sector.
