Job Description
A senior accounting professional responsible for leading key initiatives such as system implementations, process redesigns, and audit readiness within a fast-growing tech-enabled energy company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and improving reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support complex accounting projects including system implementations and process redesigns
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, systems, and reporting
Requirements
- Deep expertise in accounting operations and technical compliance.
- Experience leading and supporting complex projects such as system implementations, process redesigns, audit readiness, and technical accounting analyses.
- Ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in processes, systems, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and project leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control standards.
