Job Description
A Salesforce Administrator responsible for maintaining and developing the company's Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, creating new applications, and providing training and support to optimize operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall health and development of the Salesforce instance
- Define policies and procedures related to Salesforce use and evolution
- Enforce good data practices within Salesforce
- Drive the development of new applications on the Salesforce platform
- Provide training and support to users of Salesforce
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce administration both the technical and business aspects
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience owning the overall health and development of a Salesforce instance
- Ability to define policies and procedures related to Salesforce use and evolution
- Experience helping enforce good data practices within Salesforce
- Ability to drive the development of new applications within Salesforce
- Experience providing training and support for Salesforce users
