Job Description
The Residential Field Service Manager oversees communication and workflow between the operations team and field service partners to ensure excellent customer experiences and improve field service operations in the solar and energy storage industries.

- Manage relationships and performance of Residential Field Service Partners
- Enhance efficiency and drive improvements in field service operations

- Facilitate communication and workflow between the Residential Operations Team and the national network of Field Service Partners to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Manage Residential Field Service Partner relationships and performance.
- Have the ability to enhance efficiency and drive improvements to field service operations.
