Job Description
The Program Operations Manager will lead the optimization of support processes and tools for Omnidian's global field service teams, ensuring efficient, proactive, and timely resolution of solar and storage system issues to enhance customer experience and business profitability.

- Envision, prioritize, design, and implement support process and tools optimization for global field service teams
- Drive continuous improvement of services to ensure proactive and timely issue resolution for customers
- Scale operations efficiently to enhance business profitability
Requirements
- Experience in envisioning, prioritizing, designing, and implementing support process and tools optimization in global field service teams.
- Ability to lead and manage support process improvements for field service operations.
- Proven experience in scaling operations efficiently to improve business profitability.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a global field service team.
- Demonstrated ability to improve service delivery to ensure consistent, proactive, and timely issue resolution for customers.
