Job Description
The Partner Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with residential field service partners, ensuring excellent service delivery and collaboration with internal teams to support partner performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with top volume Residential Field Service Partners (FSPs).
- Ensure a best-in-class service delivery experience for FSPs.
- Collaborate with Residential Field Service Managers, Onboarding, Dispatch, Compliance, and Procurement teams to support partner performance and engagement.
- Serve as a key liaison between Omnidian and the FSP network.
Requirements
