Job Description
A managerial role overseeing a team of Residential Field Service Managers responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality solar service operations across the country, collaborating with various teams to support service delivery and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Residential Field Service Managers overseeing solar service subcontractors nationwide.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Dispatch, Customer Experience, and Portfolio Operations Management to ensure efficient service execution.
- Drive day-to-day operational consistency and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Support team development and ensure alignment with company operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team of Residential Field Service Managers (RFSMs) or similar supervisory roles overseeing subcontractors in the solar or energy storage industries.
- Ability to oversee and manage solar service subcontractors across the country in a remote work environment.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams including Dispatch, Customer Experience, and Portfolio Operations Management.
- Proven ability to ensure efficient, high-quality service execution and drive day-to-day operational consistency.
- Experience supporting team development and ensuring team alignment with operational standards.
- Ability to report to and work effectively with senior management, specifically the Vice President, Service Network.
- Demonstrated understanding of operational standards and quality assurance in a technical service environment.
