Job Description
The Manager of Partner Accounts leads and mentors a team responsible for managing partner relationships in residential and commercial solar energy, ensuring operational excellence and a superior partner experience through strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist
- Ensure operational excellence across the partner network
- Manage partner relationships to deliver an exceptional partner experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service Managers and Procurement
- Utilize Salesforce reporting to monitor and improve partner engagement and performance
- Develop and implement scalable partner engagement strategies
- Maintain deep understanding of residential and commercial solar industries
Requirements
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of Partner Account Managers in residential and commercial solar industries.
- Experience managing a Commercial Invoicing Specialist.
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills.
- Deep understanding of both residential and commercial solar industries.
- Ability to build scalable partner engagement strategies.
- Operational excellence in managing partner accounts and ensuring an exceptional partner experience.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Field Service Managers and Procurement.
