Job Description
The Manager of Partner Accounts leads and mentors a team responsible for managing partner relationships in the residential and commercial solar sectors, ensuring operational excellence and a superior partner experience through strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist
- Ensure operational excellence across the partner network
- Develop and implement scalable partner engagement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service Managers and Procurement
- Utilize Salesforce reporting to monitor and improve partner account performance
- Maintain a deep understanding of residential and commercial solar industries
Requirements
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of Partner Account Managers, including Residential and Commercial, and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist.
- Ability to ensure operational excellence and deliver an exceptional partner experience across a nationwide network.
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills.
- Deep understanding of both residential and commercial solar industries.
- Ability to build scalable partner engagement strategies.
- Experience combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
