Job Description
The Manager of Field Service Operations oversees the performance and quality of solar service subcontractors, managing a team of technicians and dispatchers to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery across the company's solar portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive, measure, and own the operational outcomes of the Field Service Partner (FSP) network
- Ensure FSPs deliver services that meet standards for speed, cost efficiency, and quality
- Manage an outsourced fulfillment model to align with internal field teams
- Lead a team of dispatchers and technicians overseeing solar service subcontractors nationwide
- Oversee office space, warehouse operations, and inventory maintenance
Requirements
- Experience in managing field service operations, including overseeing a team of dispatchers and technicians responsible for solar service subcontractors across the country.
- Ability to lead and manage an outsourced fulfillment model to ensure service delivery standards are met, maintaining parity with internal field teams.
- Proven track record of driving, measuring, and owning operational outcomes related to speed, cost efficiency, and quality in field service or similar operational roles.
- Experience overseeing office space, warehouse management, and inventory maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, including dispatchers and technicians, in a fast-paced environment.
- In-office presence required, with some flexibility for a hybrid working schedule.
