Job Description
A leadership role responsible for managing and advancing the company's Data Engineering team, overseeing processes, standards, and critical projects to support the organization's data needs within the engineering department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Data Engineers
- Own, enhance, and update Data Engineering processes and standards
- Understand company data needs and requirements
- Execute critical projects on the Data Engineering roadmap
Requirements
- Experience leading a team of Data Engineers and owning, enhancing, and updating Data Engineering processes and standards.
- Ability to understand company needs and own and execute critical projects on the Data Engineering roadmap.
- Experience in a Data Engineering role within an engineering department.
- Ability to report directly to a Director of Data Management and Information Security.
