Job Description
The role involves leading the development and delivery of innovative software products as a senior group product manager, combining hands-on product management with team leadership to drive technology solutions that align with business and customer needs, with a focus on leveraging generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative software products.
- Define technology needs and align cross-functional teams and business lines.
- Translate business goals into concrete, research-backed solutions for engineering delivery.
- Lead a team of Software Product Managers, supporting their professional growth and project execution.
- Drive the vision, execution, and scaling of product offerings in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Leverage generative AI to solve business challenges with a tech-first mindset.
Requirements
- Experience as a Group Senior Software Product Manager or in a similar senior product management role leading the development and delivery of software products.
- Ability to lead a small team of Software Product Managers and support their professional growth, skill development, and execution of their projects.
- Hands-on product execution experience as an individual contributor (IC) in a software development environment.
- Experience leading a pod of cross-functional stakeholders in a specific area of technology to drive the vision, execution, and scaling of product offerings.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into well-researched, concrete solutions that can be delivered by Engineering and produce measurable business value.
- Experience leveraging generative AI in solving business challenges.
- Strong communication and alignment skills with cross-functional teams and business lines.
- Tech-first mindset with a focus on innovative software solutions.
- Ability to ensure product offerings align with both customer needs and business objectives.
