Job Description
The role involves leading the development and delivery of innovative software products for Omnidian, combining hands-on product management with team leadership, with a focus on leveraging generative AI to solve business challenges and drive technological success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative software products.
- Define technology needs and align cross-functional teams and business lines.
- Translate business goals into researched, concrete solutions for engineering delivery.
- Lead a team of Software Product Managers and support their professional growth.
- Drive the vision, execution, and scaling of product offerings in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Leverage generative AI to solve business challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in leading the development and delivery of innovative software products, with a focus on leveraging generative AI to solve business challenges.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into well-researched, concrete solutions that can be delivered by Engineering and produce measurable business value.
- Experience in a role that combines hands-on product execution as an individual contributor (IC) and management responsibilities, specifically leading a small team of Software Product Managers.
- Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders in a specific area of technology to drive the vision, execution, and scaling of product offerings.
- Strong technical mindset with experience in software product management.
- Ability to support the professional growth and skill development of a team of Software Product Managers.
- Experience working in a remote environment (LI-REMOTE).
