Job Description
The Compliance Program Manager will lead large-scale, multi-jurisdictional compliance initiatives within the clean energy industry, developing scalable compliance frameworks and ensuring regulatory adherence across diverse regions to support the company's expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, multi-jurisdictional compliance initiatives for the company.
- Develop and implement scalable compliance frameworks from the ground up.
- Own end-to-end compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence across diverse regions.
- Partner with business teams to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in leading large-scale, multi-jurisdictional compliance initiatives that enable a business to operate across diverse regulatory landscapes.
- Ability to build scalable compliance frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience owning end-to-end compliance programs and partnering closely with business teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Thrive on complex, cross-state regulatory challenges and navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the clean energy, solar, or energy storage industries (implied by the industry context).
