Job Description

The Vehicle Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving incidents involving the company's electric vehicle fleet, ensuring minimal downtime, supporting drivers, and maintaining strong relationships with partners to deliver a seamless and supportive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve vehicle off-road incidents, including accidents, maintenance, and faults
  • Coordinate with partners and OEMs to ensure timely and effective vehicle repairs and resolutions
  • Support drivers throughout their vehicle downtime, providing clear communication and assistance
  • Reduce vehicle downtime by ensuring efficient incident management and resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and drivers to ensure satisfaction and trust

Requirements

  • Experience in managing vehicle incidents, breakdowns, collisions, or vehicle faults with a focus on delivering professional and effective resolutions.
  • Ability to bring clarity, direction, and momentum to complex, time-sensitive situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage downtime and deliver successful outcomes for drivers during off-road vehicle journeys.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to develop and maintain accountable relationships with partners, OEMs, and drivers.
  • Ability to support and inform drivers throughout their off-road journey, ensuring they feel supported and supported.
  • Experience in resolving vehicle-related issues in a manner that restores driver confidence and trust.
  • Willingness to work in the London office at least 1 day per month.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure drivers feel heard, supported, and confident in what happens next.
  • Ability to handle incidents professionally with a genuine care attitude.
  • Experience in building strong, accountable relationships with external partners to ensure issues are resolved properly and efficiently.
