Job Description
A data-driven Senior CRM Executive responsible for designing and optimizing customer communication campaigns, automating customer journeys, and enhancing engagement to support the company's mission of promoting electric vehicle adoption and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact customer campaigns

Requirements
- Proven experience in building high-impact customer campaigns and automating customer journeys, with the ability to optimise automated journeys and drive meaningful engagement from prospective drivers.
- Strong data-driven approach to CRM with the ability to analyse and interpret customer data to improve CRM performance.
- Experience in shaping CRM strategy and delivering measurable results through campaigns and automation.
- Excellent communication skills to craft effective customer communications and campaigns.
- Ability to take the lead on CRM initiatives, including building campaigns and automating customer journeys.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and platforms relevant to campaign building and automation (specific platforms not specified but implied).
