Job Description
The Senior Backend Engineer will be responsible for developing, launching, and owning innovative energy solutions and trials that deliver tangible benefits to customers, supporting the company's mission to accelerate the green energy transition and scale its business energy offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development, launch, and management of innovation trials to deliver tangible benefits to customers.
- Develop and maintain backend systems to support new and existing energy products and customer propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize backend solutions for energy services and smart products.
Requirements
- Experience in developing, launching, and owning end-to-end innovation trials that seek to drive tangible benefits to customers.
- Proficiency in backend engineering with the ability to rapidly develop and iterate on products and features.
- Ability to work in the London office 2-3 days a week.
