Job Description
A Senior Account Manager in London responsible for managing and growing high-value enterprise customer portfolios for electric vehicle leasing, acting as a commercial consultant to develop multi-year growth strategies, mitigate risks, and maximize scheme adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a high-value enterprise customer portfolio offering EV salary sacrifice schemes.
- Develop and implement multi-year growth plans for customer accounts.
- Manage commercial risks associated with customer relationships.
- Drive scheme adoption and ensure long-term customer retention.
- Act as a commercial consultant and thought leader for clients.
- Translate the company's mission of sustainable transport into measurable success for clients.
Requirements
- Must have a valid UK driving licence.
- Experience in managing high-value enterprise customer portfolios, specifically in a role involving account management, consulting, or commercial leadership.
- Proven ability to develop and implement multi-year growth plans for customer accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage and mitigate commercial risks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to act as an expert consultant and commercial thought leader.
- Demonstrated ability to secure maximum scheme adoption and long-term customer retention.
- Strong gravitas and the ability to influence and lead at a senior level.
- Experience working within or understanding of the electric vehicle industry, sustainable transport, or related sectors is preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
