Key Responsibilities
Sell solar or air source heat pump solutions to highly engaged customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer experience through effective listening and confident communication over the phone.
Requirements
Proven track record of exceptional customer experience, including excellent listening skills and confidence over the phone in a B2C capacity
Ability to smash sales targets and consistently exceed KPIs
Passion for green energy and the company's mission to drive the renewable energy revolution
Willingness to work within one of the sales teams selling either Solar or Air Source Heat Pumps
Experience in sales or customer engagement related to renewable energy or similar sectors (implied by the need to meet sales targets and customer experience requirements)
