Job Description
The Revenue Operations Lead is responsible for optimizing the technology stack, streamlining processes, and ensuring data integrity across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive efficiency, support business growth, and improve profitability in a rapidly expanding green business focused on electric vehicle leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize the technology stack and streamline processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and go-to-market systems.
- Analyze and improve sales funnel performance and forecasting accuracy.
- Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and operational insights.
Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations or a similar high-performing revenue-focused role, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and alignment across go-to-market strategies.
- Strong skills in optimizing technology stacks, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions.
- Ability to take a data-led approach to tackle complex operational questions, including sales funnel optimization, forecasting accuracy, and managing CRM and GTM systems.
- Experience in managing and improving CRM systems and GTM systems to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent understanding of how operational activities directly inform strategic decisions and activities across a business.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high impact, highly varied, and fast-paced role, supporting the continued growth of the business.
- Willingness to be based in Central London and be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Relevant educational background or professional experience that supports expertise in revenue operations, data management, or related fields.
