Job Description
The Procurement Portfolio Manager plays a strategic and hands-on role in connecting suppliers, customers, and colleagues to support the deployment of low-carbon home technologies, contributing to the global renewable energy transition and decarbonization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect suppliers, customers, and colleagues to the supply chain for low carbon technology deployment
- Play a strategic and hands-on role in managing procurement activities
- Travel across the UK to conduct internal and supplier visits, primarily in Midlands and London
Requirements
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management roles, with a focus on connecting suppliers, customers, and colleagues to supply chains.
- Ability to play a strategic but hands-on role in managing procurement activities related to low carbon technology and renewable energy solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK for internal office visits and supplier meetings, with a focus on locations predominantly in the Midlands and London.
- Strong communication skills to connect and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or oversee procurement processes for low carbon and renewable energy technologies.
