Key Responsibilities
Manage fund activities across multiple energy transition strategies, ensuring strong governance and financial oversight.
Lead all energy transition valuations, coordinating inputs and ensuring robust, well-evidenced outputs for committee and investor review.
Oversee high-quality investor reporting, governance materials, and fund-level analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different jurisdictions and operating models to ensure cohesive fund management approaches.
Directly manage team members, ensuring the quality, consistency, and development of valuation and reporting outputs.
Requirements
Experience in fund management activity across multiple energy transition strategies, including energy transition funds, co-investment vehicles, and growth equity strategies.
Strong fund management discipline, commercial judgment, and effective cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to work closely with platform teams, regional teams (such as Singapore), and venture teams to ensure a joined-up fund management approach across multiple investment types, jurisdictions, and operating models.
Experience leading all energy transition valuations, including co-investments with funds outside the direct remit, and coordinating inputs across teams to ensure robust, well-evidenced valuation outputs suitable for committee and investor scrutiny.
Experience directly managing at least two team members and being accountable for the quality, consistency, and development of their output across monthly and quarterly valuations, investor reporting, governance materials, lender requirements, and fund-level analysis.
Comfort operating across both established and scaling strategies with private equity and/or infrastructure knowledge.
Attention to detail combined with a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
Ability to deliver high-quality investor reporting, governance materials, and fund-level analysis.
Knowledge of private equity and infrastructure investment strategies.
Proficiency in financial oversight, governance, and portfolio analysis related to renewable energy assets.
