Job Description
The Portfolio Manager will oversee and optimize the development and value creation of renewable energy projects across Europe, working closely with developers and stakeholders to manage projects from early stage land acquisition to ready-to-build status and leading exit strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maximize the value of renewable energy development projects across different maturity stages and countries.
- Collaborate with developers to deliver investment cases and support project development in changing market conditions.
- Support decision-making and value creation for portfolio companies by providing data-driven insights and clear communication to senior stakeholders.
- Lead the development journey of projects from early stage land acquisition to ready-to-build status, including leading on exits.
Requirements
- Understanding of renewables development and experience in managing development projects across different maturity stages from early stage land to ready to build.
- Very commercially minded with the ability to support decision making and value creation for portfolio companies.
- Experience in value maximisation of renewable energy projects through their development journey from early stage to ready to build and leading on exits.
- Ability to communicate clearly with the team and senior stakeholders, including board directors and fund managers.
- Willingness to work an average of 3 days in the office per week in London.
