Job Description
The Group Reporting Lead is responsible for overseeing group-level financial reporting, managing complex accounting matters, supporting ESG reporting, and driving process improvements through digital transformation in a global energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group reporting processes and ensure accurate financial consolidation at the group level
- Manage complex international accounting matters and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Oversee ESG reporting and integrate sustainability metrics into financial disclosures
- Shape and improve processes, controls, and policies through digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and investors to provide financial insights and updates
Requirements
- Experience in group-level and international accounting matters, with the ability to handle complex accounting issues.
- Exposure to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting processes.
- Ability to shape processes, controls, and policies through digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills suitable for a high-impact leadership role.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and investors.
- Demonstrated motivation and ability to work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
- Relevant professional experience in a reporting or finance role (implied by the leadership and technical responsibilities).
