Job Description

A Customer Success Executive responsible for supporting B2B clients in managing and ensuring the smooth operation of employer electric vehicle leasing schemes, providing organized, issue-solving, and hassle-free customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day non-commercial activities for employer schemes
  • Keep schemes organized and ensure smooth operation
  • Resolve issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction
  • Support B2B clients to provide a hassle-free experience with Octopus EV

Requirements

  • Handle the day-to-day, non-commercial activities for employer schemes, including keeping things organised and solving issues quickly.
  • Ensure clients have a hassle-free experience with Octopus EV.
  • Support B2B clients and make sure their schemes run smoothly.
  • Possess strong organisational skills to manage scheme activities effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to solve issues quickly and efficiently related to employer schemes.
  • Have the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
  • Be honest and empathetic in all interactions and responsibilities.
