A Customer Operations Specialist responsible for engaging with customers via email and online chat, managing operational processes, and supporting the growth of Octopus Electroverse's electric vehicle charging platform.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat
Assist customers with operational processes related to EV charging
Maintain and update customer records and account information
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Support the onboarding of new customers and features
Requirements
Ability to speak to customers over email and online chat and handle operational processes.
Standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role is based in the London office with the option to work from home 2 days a week.
