Job Description
A Customer Operations Specialist responsible for engaging with customers via email and online chat, managing operational processes, and supporting the growth of Octopus Electroverse's electric vehicle charging platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat
- Assist customers with operational processes related to EV charging
- Maintain and update customer records and account information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Support the onboarding of new customers and features
Requirements
- Ability to speak to customers over email and online chat and handle operational processes.
- Standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- The role is based in the London office with the option to work from home 2 days a week.
