Job Description
The position involves providing customer service and supporting the company's mission to promote renewable energy in Japan, within a flexible, creative, and inclusive work environment that values individuality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for renewable energy initiatives and contribute to the global renewable energy revolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service while embodying company values and fostering a supportive environment.
- Recognize and accept mistakes with a tolerant attitude, promoting a culture of learning and mutual support.
- Work in alignment with personal strengths and interests, contributing to organizational goals through individual expertise.
- Create a welcoming and inspiring space for both colleagues and customers, reflecting company principles and philosophy.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service roles, with an understanding of the importance of acknowledging and accepting mistakes without blame and with a tolerant attitude.
- Ability to work in an environment that values individuality, creativity, and self-expression, including wearing casual clothing, listening to music while working, and working comfortably without strict dress codes or time tracking.
- Willingness to work in a flexible manner, including applying for leave at appropriate times and working without mandatory clock-in and clock-out procedures.
- Ability to work in a team that encourages supporting each other and recognizing each other's contributions.
- Ability to work in a manner that aligns with the company's mission to promote renewable energy and contribute to the global renewable energy revolution.
- Proficiency in Japanese, with the ability to submit a Japanese-language resume (職務経歴書) during the application process.
- Understanding that freedom in work comes with responsibility and being prepared to work within minimal work regulations while maintaining accountability.
- Willingness to leverage personal strengths and interests (such as IT, sales, or planning) to contribute effectively to the organization.
