Job Description
The Content Lead will oversee the development and execution of engaging content strategies across multiple channels to educate, attract, and convert potential electric vehicle customers, while leading a team and leveraging advanced SEO and AI technologies to support the company's growth in the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the content team to develop high-performing campaigns that educate, engage, and convert potential EV drivers.
- Own and manage the content engine, translating brand messaging into various content formats.
- Architect and oversee a modern content ecosystem across social, email, and website platforms.
- Lead internal and freelance content creators to produce engaging content.
- Leverage SEO and LLM technology to optimize content strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience in leading a content team, including managing internal staff and a network of freelancers, to create engaging content across social media, email, and website platforms.
- Proficiency in translating brand messaging into high-performing campaigns that educate, engage, and convert potential EV drivers.
- Ability to architect and manage a modern content ecosystem leveraging the latest in SEO and LLM (Large Language Model) technology.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to apply them to content creation.
- Experience in developing and executing content strategies that support business growth and customer engagement in the electric vehicle industry.
- Proven ability to lead content projects that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Experience in utilizing AI tools to assess applications and optimize content performance (implied by the use of AI in the company's processes).
