Requirements
Proven experience in executing and optimizing strategic commercial goals, with a focus on delivering and improving the commercial backbone of a scaling organization.
Ability to report into and work closely with the Commercial Strategy Manager to support commercial objectives.
Strong understanding of commercial processes relevant to a technology-driven, scale-up environment, particularly in the electric vehicle or eMobility sector.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-growing, international business context, supporting expansion efforts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams including product, development, operations, marketing, and partnerships.
Experience in developing, implementing, and managing commercial strategies that align with company growth and scaling objectives.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and operational metrics to inform commercial decision-making.
Strong organizational skills to support the successful execution of commercial initiatives and projects.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for commercial improvement and scaling efficiencies.
