Job Description
Lead and manage the Client Onboarding team in London to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for employers adopting the EV salary sacrifice scheme, while continuously improving onboarding processes through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Onboarding team to ensure a high-quality customer experience during the EV salary sacrifice scheme rollout.
- Define and develop the onboarding process for companies of all sizes, from self-serve options to complex bespoke projects.
- Utilize data, client feedback, and internal insights to continuously improve onboarding experiences and outcomes.
- Own a portfolio of projects related to onboarding and represent the onboarding team during business development activities.
- Provide leadership and support to onboarding executives, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team of onboarding or customer experience professionals, with a focus on customer onboarding processes.
- Proven ability to define and build onboarding journeys for companies of all sizes, including self-serve options for small businesses and complex bespoke projects for large enterprises.
- Strong data analysis skills to utilize data, feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, and personal experience to continuously improve customer experience and outcomes.
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects and representing the onboarding team during the business development process.
- Demonstrated passion for team leadership and customer experience.
- Collaborative and positive approach to team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to lead and coordinate with onboarding executives and internal teams.
- Ability to support and support a critical part of the customer journey, ensuring a world-class experience for employers rolling out EV salary sacrifice schemes.
