Job Description
A senior role in the Capital Markets team responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing funding lines for electric vehicle leasing, requiring expertise in structured finance, securitisation, and debt markets to support the company's growth and the UK's transition to electric transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, structure, and execute key funding lines for electric vehicle fleet financing
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and rating agencies
- Optimize the company's capital structure to support growth and maintain competitive advantage
- Apply expertise in structured finance, securitisation, and debt markets to funding activities
Requirements
- Deep understanding of structured finance, securitisation, and debt markets
- Experience in sourcing, structuring, and executing funding lines for large-scale fleet or asset financing
- Ability to help manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and rating agencies
- Experience in optimising capital structures to support growth and maintain competitive advantage in the electric vehicle leasing market
