Job Description
Nuro is seeking a versatile Videographer Content Producer to create, shoot, edit, and manage visual content that showcases the company's mission, products, and team, supporting brand storytelling and marketing initiatives through multimedia production.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, edit, and produce video and photography content showcasing Nuro’s mission, products, and people.
- Document company milestones, events, manufacturing, testing, and team stories.
- Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and execute on-location shoots, including managing camera, lighting, and audio setups.
- Post-produce raw footage and photos into polished assets optimized for various platforms.
- Manage audiovisual asset archive and maintain equipment and style guides.
- Coordinate production schedules across multiple teams and requests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional videography, photography, or multimedia production in-house or agency.
- Drone photography and videography experience with FAA certification.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, framing, pacing, and composition.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across both video and photography, ideally with experience in the auto or tech industry.
- Expertise with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Proficiency with professional editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Final Cut Pro.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in asset management and delivery.
- Ability to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver multimedia content.
- Ability to build and manage a prioritized production schedule across multiple teams and requests.
- Experience planning and executing shoots on location, including handling camera, lighting, and audio setups.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or freelancers on specialized projects.
- Experience setting up and managing an in-house studio for headshots, interviews, and recordings.
- Ability to perform post-production editing including color correction, audio mixing, visual effects, and supporting motion graphics and animation.
- Experience building and maintaining an organized, searchable archive of audiovisual assets.
- Ability to establish and maintain a video style guide, including treatments, animations, and text overlays.
