Job Description
This role involves managing and optimizing data workflows to support Nuro's autonomous vehicle expansion, acting as a liaison between operations and engineering, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute projects for data delivery supporting expansion goals
- Serve as the liaison between Operations and Engineering to ensure scalable, high-quality data
- Initiate and refine workflows to improve operational efficiency and quality management
- Assess offshore team workforce and recommend improvements
- Diagnose pipeline status within programs and provide data-driven recommendations
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project program management, specifically collaborating with software development teams
- Strong background in project management or consulting
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Figma
- Proven ability to query data using SQL and BigQuery
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field
- Ability to work flexible hours to conduct an in-depth assessment of offshore team’s workforce, focusing on improving operational efficiency and quality management
- Ability to lead projects using a variety of approaches e.g., formal project management, agile, or other collaborative methods
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and act as a thoughtful partner in change with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environments, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities and needs shift
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to develop project plans that align with the unique needs of each initiative
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible to diverse audiences
- Ability to influence, align, and present ideas effectively, supporting collaboration and informed decision-making
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $132,300 to $198,450, plus annual performance bonus and equity
