Job Description
A role focused on developing and optimizing machine learning infrastructure for autonomous vehicles, including model deployment, compiler development, and applying advanced ML techniques to enhance self-driving technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy core infrastructure components for machine learning model lifecycle
- Optimize autonomous systems using techniques like quantization, distillation, and model compression
- Collaborate with engineers to validate, optimize, and deploy large language models
- Develop and maintain a model compiler framework (FTL)
- Write robust software to ensure vehicle navigation safety
- Work with domain experts to design and implement end-to-end learned ML solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in ML optimization infrastructure.
- Experience with ML optimization techniques such as quantization and pruning, and ML compilers.
- Experience maintaining, profiling, and optimizing GPU ML compilers runtimes.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Working experience with C programming language.
- Working experience with CUDA.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow, or Keras.
