Job Description
A Senior Program Manager at Nuro will lead the execution of key partnership programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to set goals, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery of autonomous vehicle projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute critical partnership programs, such as Nuro's robotaxi initiative
- Define goals, align priorities, and drive program execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, risk assessments, and dependency tracking
- Identify issues early, facilitate tradeoffs, and resolve problems to keep programs on track
- Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, business, and partner teams to ensure progress
- Provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders on program status, risks, and decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Use data and judgment to support decision-making and measure program progress over time
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, business operations, or related roles
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams and learning unfamiliar technical concepts quickly
- Experience driving execution in ambiguous environments with limited structure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and focus teams on what matters most
- Comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders
