Job Description
The Supply Chain Operations Manager oversees project execution within the supply chain, managing fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and post-sales workflows to ensure timely and accurate project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and post-sales operational workflows for projects.
- Develop, enforce, and train teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accuracy of ERP data and maintain compliance with HTS and customs activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Project Management, Sales, Procurement, and Finance throughout project lifecycle.
- Own processes, tools, and KPIs to ensure on-time, in-full delivery performance and accurate project financials.
Requirements
- Candidates must have experience managing the execution of projects within a supply chain or operations environment, ensuring projects are completed with precision, speed, and accuracy.
- Candidates must have experience managing and leading a team of Operations Specialists or similar roles in fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and post-sales operational workflows.
- Candidates must own and manage processes, tools, and KPIs that drive on-time, in-full delivery performance and ensure accurate project financials.
- Candidates must ensure cross-functional team coordination and communication throughout each project s lifecycle, specifically with Project Management, Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Candidates must develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), provide team training, and ensure ERP data accuracy.
- Candidates must maintain compliance for HTS and customs activities related to supply chain operations.
- Candidates must be willing to travel at least 10-20% of the time for company off-sites, conferences, trade shows, site visits, and other events as needed.
- Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid environment with an expectation to be on-site in the Irvine office up to 50% each month.
- Candidates must have a process-centric, detail-oriented approach with strong management, operational strategy, and execution skills.
- Candidates must have the ability to develop high-performing teams and ensure process compliance.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or project management roles.
- Candidates must have a relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Candidates must be willing to adapt to changing duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned, with flexibility to accommodate organizational needs.
