Job Description
The Supply Chain Operations Manager oversees project execution within the supply chain, managing fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and post-sales operational workflows for projects.
- Develop, enforce, and train teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accuracy of ERP data and maintain compliance with HTS and customs activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Project Management, Sales, Procurement, and Finance throughout project lifecycle.
- Own processes, tools, and KPIs to ensure on-time, in-full delivery performance and accurate project financials.
- Manage and lead the Operations Specialist team to execute projects with precision, speed, and accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in managing supply chain operations, including fulfillment, delivery, invoicing, and post-sales operational workflows, with a focus on ensuring projects are executed with precision, speed, and accuracy.
- Ability to act as a bridge between strategic direction and daily operational execution within a supply chain context.
- Proficiency in developing, enforcing, and training teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in ensuring ERP data accuracy and maintaining compliance for HTS and customs activities.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams including Project Management, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to ensure coordination and communication throughout each project’s lifecycle.
- Ability to own and manage processes, tools, and KPIs that drive on-time, in-full delivery performance and accurate project financials.
- Willingness to travel at least 10-20% of the time for company off-sites, conferences, trade shows, site visits, and other events.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with an expectation to be on-site in the Irvine office up to 50% each month.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a distributed organization with remote and in-office roles.
