Job Description
A UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer responsible for creating and implementing engaging user interfaces and experiences, combining design and technology to deliver exceptional customer solutions within the utility submetering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for web applications
- Create and implement user experience (UX) designs to enhance customer interactions
- Translate design concepts into functional front-end code using relevant technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI UX Designer and Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills at the intersection of design and technology.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Experience in designing and developing user interfaces for SaaS applications or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks or libraries.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to translate wireframes, prototypes, and user requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize front-end code for performance and responsiveness.
- Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and technical solutions clearly.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
- Knowledge of best practices in responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Educational background in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
